Valley Automall Creates One Stop Shopping

August 22, 2008 -
Buying a vehicle is a big decision. So it’s important to shop wisely. The Valley Automall is Southern Nevada’s largest and most comprehensive car shopping complex with 16 dealerships offering 24 different vehicle brands on 185 acres.

“Your time is valuable. We want to make the car buying experience as fast and easy as possible,” said Valerie Staley, manager of Valley Automall. “We pride ourselves on happy, repeat customers.”

Valley Automall prides itself on quick and thorough car service with 288 certified technicians and 453 automotive bays as well as state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and a comprehensive parts inventory. Complimentary customer shuttle service and onsite car rentals are available. Dealer service hours are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Valley Automall additionally offers six café’s and a full-service 1950’s-style dinner, Mustang Sally’s, to make the car shopping and vehicle maintenance experience more enjoyable. Many dealerships offer free Internet service as well as phone lines, televisions and major movies to make waiting a little easier. People can also now visit Valley Automall online at www.valleyautomall.com. Preview available dealer stock, research financing options or check-out limited time only dealer specials and incentives in the bathrobe privacy of home prior to visiting.

Valley Automall has continued to evolve and grow since its inception more than a dozen years ago to become more inclusive and responsive toward customers. Findlay Acura and Audi Henderson, for example, recently opened new dealerships at 315 Auto Mall Drive and 210 N. Gibson Road, respectively. Henderson Nissan at 295 Auto Mall Drive is now under new ownership. And Findlay Toyota has moved into a new $30 million, 165,000-square-foot facility at the southeast corner of Auto Show Drive and Eastgate Road.

Other forthcoming additions to the Valley Automall family include the debut of a new Fletcher Jones Mercedes dealership at 925 Auto Show Drive in early 2009. Lexus of Henderson, meanwhile, plans to break ground this year on a new facility.

“Our continued growth and customer commitment to service makes Valley Automall the industry leader. We are a true one-stop shop, with everything you’re looking for at one central, convenient location,” said Staley. “We have thousands of new and used vehicles on site to choose from.”
