Description
Valley Automall is the first auto mall in the State of Nevada, as well as one of the largest automotive retailing centers in North America. These state-of-the-art auto malls account for nearly 10 percent of North American vehicle volume annually (approximately one million new vehicles each year).

The 185-acre site houses 16 dealerships offering 24 brands. The site is ideally located with convenient freeway access at US Hwy 95 and Auto Show Drive, or at Interstate 215 and Gibson Road.

Economic Impact
As one of the largest commercial development projects in the history of Henderson, Valley Automall, has provided more than 4000 jobs to the Las Vegas Valley, with annual shared operating costs projected at $1.8 million. Generating close to a billion dollars in revenue each year, the Valley Automall contributes millions to Southern Nevada’s already thriving economy.

First of its Kind in Nevada
Although new to Southern Nevada, auto malls are not new to the rest of the country. The first auto malls opened in California in 1980 and this concept has been redefined by progressive automotive dealers in all parts of North America. Today there are almost 2,090 auto malls in Canada and the United States.

J.D. Power & Associates have four criteria for a successful auto mall venture: location, accessibility, visibility, and convenience. By pooling resources, dealers are be able to offer customers more amenities and better services than might otherwise be possible in a single dealership. Finally, by sharing facilities and expenses each dealer is able to maintain lower operating costs. The study concluded, “If auto malls were not in existence, consumers would demand their creation. Auto Malls are here to stay and will continue to grow in importance in the automotive retailing scene.”
